1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Independent Service

ConnectionQ provides a cloud-based platform for sales engagement and data management. ConnectionQ is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft Corporation. The use of the term "LinkedIn" within our website and platform is for descriptive purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Service for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activities.
• You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the User Agreements and Terms of Service of any third-party platforms you interact with via ConnectionQ (including LinkedIn).

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

5. Account Safety & Liability Disclaimer

ConnectionQ utilizes advanced safety features, including dedicated IP addresses, randomized delays, and cloud-based simulation, to mimic human behavior. However, automated activity on third-party platforms carries inherent risks.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the Service.

ConnectionQ shall not be held liable for any restrictions, suspensions, bans, "jail," or loss of data imposed on your LinkedIn account (or any other third-party account) resulting from your use of our automation tools. By using ConnectionQ, you assume full responsibility for your account's standing and agree to hold ConnectionQ harmless against any claims related to account restrictions.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConnectionQ and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
