Getting Started

6 questions

ConnectionQ is an all-in-one LinkedIn outbound platform. It replaces the five separate tools most B2B teams use for outreach: a LinkedIn automation tool, an email finder, a tech stack data tool, an AI inbox manager, and a content creation tool. Every paid plan includes all of these — no add-ons, no per-feature billing.
ConnectionQ is used by lead generation agencies managing multiple client accounts, B2B sales teams running outbound sequences, recruiters sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn, and individual sales reps who want to automate their LinkedIn prospecting without hiring an SDR. There is also a white-label option for businesses wanting to launch their own branded platform.
Click Start Free Trial on any page and create your account. You'll be prompted to connect your LinkedIn account, set up your first campaign, and explore the platform — all within the same session. No credit card is required and you receive 100 free credits to use immediately. Most users send their first campaign within the first day.
No. ConnectionQ works fully with a standard free LinkedIn account. Smart Prospecting, sequences, email finding, tech stack detection, the AI inbox, and all content features are available without Sales Navigator. Sales Navigator adds more powerful search filters and higher daily search limits — it's useful for high-volume teams but never required.
Connecting your first LinkedIn account takes under 2 minutes. Your first campaign can be live within the same session. ConnectionQ's Smart Prospecting finds leads inside the platform — there's no LinkedIn CSV export, no lead list upload, and no external tool needed before you can start your first sequence.
Yes. When you sign up, you go through a guided setup flow that connects your LinkedIn account, walks you through the sequence builder with a pre-built template, and shows you how to find leads using Smart Prospecting. For teams and agencies, we also offer a personalised demo call — book one from the Contact page.

Plans & Pricing

7 questions

ConnectionQ has four tiers: a free 7-day trial, a Basic plan (single seat, one LinkedIn account), a Pro plan (multiple seats, multiple LinkedIn accounts), and a Growth plan (larger teams, up to 10 LinkedIn accounts). Enterprise pricing is available for organisations needing more. Every paid plan includes all 13 features — including email finding, tech stack detection, AI inbox, and content creation.
Seats are team member logins — people who log into ConnectionQ to manage campaigns and view data. LinkedIn accounts are the actual LinkedIn profiles connected to the platform that run sequences. A five-person agency team (five seats) might manage ten client LinkedIn accounts. These are separate limits, both shown on your plan.
Yes, at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Yes. The 7-day free trial gives you full access to the entire platform — every feature, the complete sequence builder, email finding, tech stack detection, the AI inbox, and the content studio. You receive 100 free credits on signup. No credit card is required.
All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Invoice billing for annual plans is available on Growth and Enterprise tiers on request.
Yes. Paying annually saves 20% compared to monthly billing. You can toggle between monthly and annual pricing on the Pricing page to compare the exact amounts.
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can test the full platform before paying. Once a paid subscription starts, we generally do not issue refunds — but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Credits

5 questions

Credits cover specific enrichment and AI actions — not campaign automation. Running sequences, sending connection requests, and sending messages costs zero credits. Credits are consumed by: exporting contacts (5 per 10), email finding (10 per find), AI messaging (2 per message), profile activity viewing (5), skill endorsements (2), and social engagement actions like follows, likes, and comments (1 each).
No. Connection requests, messages, InMails, and full sequence automation all run within your plan's daily limits — they use no credits at all. Credits only cover the enrichment and AI actions listed above.
Actions that require credits — primarily email finding — pause until credits are replenished. Your sequences and outreach campaigns continue running uninterrupted since they don't use credits. On Pro and Growth plans you can purchase additional credits at any time.
Daily limits vary by plan and are multiplied by the number of LinkedIn accounts on your plan. Hover over the "Daily Limits Quota" tooltip on any plan card on the Pricing page to see the exact limits per action type for that plan. Limits are enforced per account, not across the workspace.
Yes. On Pro and Growth plans, additional credits can be purchased at the overage rate shown on the Pricing page. On the Basic plan, overage credits are not available — upgrade to Pro or Growth to unlock the option.

LinkedIn Safety

5 questions

Yes. Every LinkedIn account you connect to ConnectionQ runs in its own dedicated environment with a unique residential IP address and a unique browser fingerprint. LinkedIn sees each account as an individual person on their own device — not as automation software. ConnectionQ enforces safe daily limits modelled on realistic human LinkedIn behaviour and has zero account bans reported across its user base.
It means each LinkedIn account you connect is assigned its own unique IP address — not a shared pool. LinkedIn uses your IP address as part of its security checks. A dedicated IP means your account always appears to be logging in from the same consistent location, which is normal human behaviour. It also means if another account on the platform had an issue, it could not affect your account's IP reputation.
ConnectionQ monitors LinkedIn's behaviour and updates its automation patterns in response. Daily limit settings, timing randomisation, and session patterns are adjusted to stay within what LinkedIn considers normal activity. The platform's safety record is maintained as a core product commitment — not a one-time setup.
ConnectionQ simulates natural browser-based human behaviour — it does not use LinkedIn's official API (which has strict limitations on automation use). The approach mimics how a real person would use LinkedIn: realistic typing speeds, natural delays between actions, varied timing patterns, and session behaviour consistent with a human user.
Yes. When a LinkedIn account is connected to ConnectionQ, all team members who have access manage it through the platform — they don't log in to LinkedIn directly from different locations. This keeps the account's session and IP consistent, which is the safe way to manage a LinkedIn account across a team.

Sequences

6 questions

ConnectionQ's sequence builder supports branching tree logic — not linear drip campaigns. You build a decision tree where each prospect follows a different path based on their actual behaviour: whether they accepted your connection request, ignored it, viewed your profile, replied to a message, or clicked a link. You can include connection requests, personalised messages, InMails, email steps (via email finder), profile visits, skill endorsements, follows, likes, and post comments within a single sequence.
The sequence stops automatically the moment a prospect replies — on all plans. ConnectionQ detects the reply and pauses further automated steps for that contact. The conversation then moves to your Unified AI Inbox where you manage it manually.
Yes. On Pro and Growth plans, you can run a single campaign across multiple connected LinkedIn accounts simultaneously. The platform distributes outreach across accounts, rotating senders — which increases total daily volume while keeping each individual account within safe limits.
Yes. You can bulk-upload a CSV of prospects and add them to any campaign. Each row maps to a contact record in ConnectionQ. You can also use Smart Prospecting to find leads visually inside the platform without any CSV export from LinkedIn.
Messages support merge fields for first name, last name, company, job title, and any custom fields you've added to your lead records. The AI messaging feature can also generate fully personalised messages based on a prospect's profile — their recent posts, job title, company industry, and experience — without you writing each one manually.
Message A/B testing is on the product roadmap. Currently, you can run two separate campaigns with different message copy and compare their performance in the analytics dashboard to identify which approach performs better.

Email Finder

5 questions

ConnectionQ's email finder operates at 95% accuracy. You are only charged credits when an email is successfully found — if no email is returned for a prospect, no credits are deducted. This means the 95% figure reflects successfully found emails, not attempted lookups.
The email finder discovers a prospect's work email address from their LinkedIn profile data. The email verifier checks whether any given email address — found by ConnectionQ or sourced from elsewhere — is deliverable. It returns one of four statuses: Verified, Not Verified, Skipped-role (catches role-based addresses like info@ or hello@), and Skipped-disposable (catches temporary email addresses).
Yes. Both the email finder and verifier support bulk operations. Upload a CSV of contacts to find emails in bulk, or select multiple contacts within a lead list and trigger bulk email finding in one action. Results are returned and stored against each contact record.
Yes. Email finding is a native sequence step — you can add "Find Email" as a step in any campaign. If an email is found, the sequence can continue with an email outreach step. If no email is found, the sequence branches to a different LinkedIn-only follow-up path. This all happens automatically within the campaign flow.
For most use cases, yes. ConnectionQ's email finder covers the primary workflow: finding verified work emails for LinkedIn prospects at 95% accuracy. If your team was previously using Apollo or Hunter solely for LinkedIn prospect email enrichment, ConnectionQ removes the need for that separate subscription. Apollo and Hunter have additional data features (like company records and bulk prospecting databases) that extend beyond email finding — those are not replicated in ConnectionQ.

Features

6 questions

Tech Stack Finder detects what software any company uses — their CRM, marketing tools, infrastructure, payments, and development stack — and surfaces it on their LinkedIn profile inside ConnectionQ. You can also filter Smart Prospecting search results by technology, so you only target companies running Salesforce, or HubSpot, or Shopify, or any other tool you want to use as a targeting signal. No other LinkedIn automation platform includes this natively.
The Social Feed surfaces the live LinkedIn feed for any connected account directly inside ConnectionQ. You can scroll posts, react with any LinkedIn reaction type, leave AI-drafted comments, and reply to comment threads — without opening LinkedIn. The AI comment system reads the full post content (and the full thread if you're replying) before writing a draft, so comments are specific to what was actually said rather than generic.
Posts & Activity lets you navigate to a specific person's LinkedIn activity tab — a prospect from search, a Sales Navigator lead, or any connection — and see their recent posts. You can react, comment, or reply with AI assistance. This is different from the Social Feed (which shows your chronological network stream) — Posts & Activity is deliberate, targeted engagement with specific individuals as part of your pre-outreach or relationship-building workflow.
AI Post Studio creates LinkedIn posts using seven proven content frameworks: AIDA, PAS, Story, Listicle, How-To, Infographic, and BAB. It produces three formats: text-only posts, image posts (with AI-generated images from a prompt created automatically from your content), and carousel PDFs (multi-slide documents formatted for LinkedIn). The full post including copy, image or carousel, and formatting is produced in under 3 minutes.
The Unified AI Inbox consolidates every reply from every campaign across every connected LinkedIn account into one screen. When a prospect replies, the AI reads the full conversation thread and drafts a contextually appropriate response — you review, edit if needed, and send. You can set custom instructions to shape the AI's tone and style for your specific use case.
Yes. The AI Post Studio includes carousel PDF creation — multi-slide documents formatted for LinkedIn's carousel post format. You provide the topic or key points, AI structures the slides, writes the copy, and generates a downloadable PDF ready to upload to LinkedIn. The carousel builder is available inside the Content & Engagement section.

Agencies & Teams

5 questions

Each LinkedIn account you connect gets its own dedicated IP address and isolated browser session. You switch between client accounts instantly via the account selector — no logging out, no re-authentication. All client accounts are managed from one workspace. The Growth plan covers up to 10 LinkedIn accounts and 15 team seats in one flat price — you don't pay per client account added within your limit.
No. Each LinkedIn account's campaigns, lead lists, sequences, inbox, and analytics are completely isolated. A team member who has access to one client account cannot see another client's data unless they are explicitly given access to that account within the workspace.
Yes. ConnectionQ offers a full white-label option for agencies and businesses wanting to launch the platform under their own brand. Your clients log into your domain, see your logo and colours, and ConnectionQ stays invisible throughout. White-label is available at the Growth plan level and as an Enterprise partnership — contact the agencies team for details.
ConnectionQ's deduplication system checks every new prospect added to a campaign against the full workspace database. If a LinkedIn profile is already active in another campaign — on any account in the workspace — the system prevents it from being added again. This stops two team members or two client accounts from simultaneously messaging the same prospect.
Yes. Workspace admins can control which team members have access to which LinkedIn accounts and campaigns. You can grant a team member access to specific client accounts without giving them full workspace access. This is standard on Pro and Growth plans.
